Once the Athletic aspiration is completed, you will receive the Long lived traits. The long lived trait will give your sim longer lives.

Once the Bestselling author aspiration is completed, you will receive the poetic trait. The poetic trait will give you the ability to write better books.

Once the painter extraordinaire aspiration is completed, you will receive the expressionistic trait.

Chief of Mischief aspiration:
Once the Chief of Mischief aspiration is completed, you will receive the tormentor trait. The tormentor trait will give you the ability to sabotage objects.
